ICC Announced 2023 Cricket World Cup Host Country

India will be the ICC Cricket World Cup host country. India was selected as the host at an ICC meeting in London, UK.

This will be the 13th Men’s Cricket World Cup tournament. Eventhough it will be the fourth time that India will be the host but it will be the first time that India has hosted the tournament on its own.

Earlier India hosted Cricket World Cups in 1987, 1996 and 2011.

In 1987, India hosted World Cup tournament along with Pakistan.

In 1996, India hosted World Cup tournament along with Pakistan and Srilanka.

In 2011, India hosted World Cup tournament along with Srilanka and Bangladesh.
The ICC World Cup 2023 will be held in India from 9th February 2023 to 26 March 2023. Total 10 teams participate in the tournamnet.
